What will cause me to fail the background check?
Applicants with the following elements on their background check will not be accepted:
-Felony Records: Any records with dispositions of guilty, convicted, no contest / no lo contend ere, adjudication withheld / deferred adjudication / probation before judgment (if currently under probation), pending, or outstanding warrant, or that have been negotiated down to a misdemeanors .
-Misdemeanors Records: Any records that are classified under any of the following elements:
-Theft / Common Theft (of any kind)/shoplifting
-Possession of drugs
-Prostitution
-Vandalism
-Obstructing justice
-Disorderly conduct
-Assault / Battery
-Breach of the Peace
-Computer Crimes or breaches
If you have any records involving the above with dispositions of guilty, convicted, no contest / nolo contend ere, adjudication withheld / deferred adjudication / probation before judgment (if currently under probation), pending, or outstanding warrant, you will not pass.
Are the Work hours flexible?
Yes you must work a minimum of 15 hours weekly and/or up to a maximum of 60 hours per week. IT'S YOUR CHOICE and is based on availability.
Will it cost money to get started as a customer service rep:
Yes, there is a small fee that covers the cost of your background check, service equipment (if you don't already have internet, phone, and a computer) and Fortune 500 certification course. Background check and training course is reimbursed at 100% upon passing the course, and working through your first SOW**. (This is a program offered at the discretion of the company)
