
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Client Support Professional you will use your strong technical skills, excellent communication to assist existing customers with billing, customer service, and technical support from the comforts of your own home.
About the Role & Responsibilities:
Interact with customers via phone, focusing on bundle related questions, data entry and navigation
Document all issues, resolutions and follow up actions
Provide consistent, high quality support to all customers.
Be a positive representative for the Organizations; take a caring and empathetic approach to customer interactions
Learn how to efficiently resolve customer inquiries on the first contact
Handle problem resolutions that may require follow-up and / or escalations to a higher level of expertise.
Additional Information:
Earn $9.00 to $15.00 per hour base pay with performance incentives. We are happy to reward hard workers who make the extra effort to succeed.
Basic Job Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role you will meet the below qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 plus years steady job experience in a customer oriented and/or sales role
Outstanding verbal and written communication, active listening skills, including the ability to speak, read and write fluently in English
Computer proficiency, including ability to easily navigate and toggle between multiple screens, talk and type at the same time, and troubleshoot basic computer issues
Helpful and proactive manner with a service orientation
Good interpersonal skills and administrative skills.
Preferred Job Qualifications and Skills
2 year degree
Minimum 6 months experience in the customer service industry
Minimum 6 months experience in a role requiring you to work well with people, negotiate and overcome objections
Strong troubleshooting skills required to probe/clarify or understand cause of system problems
Technical troubleshooting skills for Internet Explorer and Windows
Required Job Schedule Requirements
In this work at home position you will have the flexibility of selecting your own hours . You must be available to work the weekly required hours for the Program. A minimum of 20 hours per week are required.

Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Training Requirements (Required)
You must be available for our complimentary 4-8 week virtual training program held online Monday through Friday.
No absence policy for all training certification course. Please be mindful of the class time selections.
